DA-70 is an ammoniated, synthetic detergent compound formulated for heavy duty cleaning and wax and finish stripping.
FORTIFIED WITH AMMONIA:
The built-in cleaning power of ammonia makes quick work of tougher mopping jobs and cleaning of walls, wood work, marble, plastic & metal. DA-70 controlled ammonia content quickly penetrates and re-emulsifies wax and metal complex detergent finishes for easy removal.
WILL NOT HARM FLOORS:
A safe, balanced formulation, DA-70 contains no abrasives or solvents to damage resilient flooring. Precision balanced surfactants and builders penetrate and soften heavy encrustations of old wax and finish without any deleterious effect on the flooring itself.
SAVES TIME AND MONEY:
DA-70 dilutes economically for all stripping requirements. Most cleaning tasks can be accomplished with a 1: 50 solution. The product's remarkable performance minimizes time and labor costs.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
A - HEAVY DUTY CLEANING
DA-70 may be used as a heavy duty cleaner on all surfaces not harmed by water: resilient tile floors, walls, woodwork, marble, plastic and metal.
- A dilution of 1:50 (2 ½ oz. per gallon of water) is recommended for normal cleaning. Heavy soil accumulations may require stronger solutions.
- Rinse cleaned area thoroughly with clear water.
B - WAX AND FINISH STRIPPING
- Mix one part DA-70 with 10 parts hot water (13 oz. per gallon of water)
- Apply a liberal amount of solution to small area of floor.
- Solution should remain on the floor at least five minutes before scrubbing.
- Machine scrub thoroughly using a stripping pad.
- Pick up solution with clean mop or wet / dry vacuum.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Multiple rinses are recommended
- Allow floor to dry completely.
